Controller and scope

ACTIVED is the brand and project responsible for this website and the product information it publishes.

This policy applies to www.actived.es and its Spanish and English routes.

Information the site may receive

Essential delivery works without analytics. Optional first-party analytics stays off until you accept it and is used to understand pages, products, navigation, performance and download requests. The language selector stores only its local preference in localStorage.

With valid consent, limited semantic events, language, path, device category, coarse viewport bucket, referrer host and allowlisted UTM campaigns may be sent. The server assigns random pseudonymous identifiers; they are not derived from IP, hardware or fonts.

Download requests require minimal operational data to validate and redirect an artifact: product, version, platform, channel, artifact, time and coarse bot classification. HEAD and automated requests are not counted as human downloads.

Cookies, consent and third parties

The consent preference is stored as a minimal first-party value containing only its version, analytics state and update time. You can reject, configure or withdraw consent at any time from “Configure privacy” in the footer.

We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping analytics off by default. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or fingerprinting. Downloads are served from the provider’s public storage and the site does not receive file contents.

Purpose, retention and access

Analytics events are retained for the period documented for ACTIVED’s private metrics and removed by the configured retention policy. The dashboard is restricted to authorised administrators and shows aggregated or pseudonymous data, not personal identities.

We do not collect passwords, form contents, private DOM text, clipboard, keystrokes, raw mouse movement, precise GPS, audio, screen video, session replay, complete IP addresses or complete referrer/query URLs.

Support and rights

If a public support channel is enabled later, information you send will be used to answer your request and retained for a reasonable period to handle it.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding data you have sent us when a public contact channel exists. If no public channel is available, this website does not collect contact details.
